The gastronomy in Iznajar is very delicious and exotic
Iznájar has many recipes based on pork derivatives resulting from the traditional pig slaughters, such as mohejuelas or trotter stew. Other main dishes from Iznájar include fish stew and bird stew, turkey or chicken fricassee, oranges in oil, meatball soup and porra (also known as salmorejo). A typical dessert is ‘huevos volaos’.
